How can we help?

Getting started

How do I make my first video?

Create a free account, then go to the studio. Describe your scene, pick a model, length, quality and aspect ratio, check the price on the Generate button and press it. Most videos finish in one to five minutes, and you can leave the page while it renders.

Which model should I pick?

Start with a fast, low-cost model such as WAN 3.0 or Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p to test an idea, then switch to Veo 3.1 or Kling 3.0 Pro for the final take. The models page compares every model and what it supports.

How long does a video take?

Usually one to five minutes, depending on the model, length and how busy the provider is. The studio shows Queued while the provider is waiting and Rendering while it works. You can keep creating while it runs.

Writing great prompts

What makes a good prompt?

Name a subject and what it does, where it happens, the camera shot and movement, and the light or style. For example: “A red fox trots through fresh snow in a birch forest, slow tracking shot, golden hour, cinematic.” The prompt builder helps you put one together.

How do I control the camera?

Use plain film language: close up, wide shot, aerial drone shot, slow push in, tracking shot, handheld, orbit. Describe one main movement per clip for the most reliable results.

Why does my video not match my prompt?

Models follow short, concrete prompts best. Remove extra details, describe one action at a time, and try a different model: some are better at motion, others at faces or text.

Image and video uploads

What images work best?

JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB, at least 300 pixels on each side, and no wider than 3:1. Clear, well-lit images with one main subject animate best. Use an aspect ratio close to the video you want.

Do I need rights to the image?

Yes. Only upload images you made or have permission to use, and never images of real people without their consent.

How does Video to video work?

Pick Aleph 2.0 or Act-Two and the Video to video tab appears. Aleph restyles or edits a clip you upload, guided by your prompt. Act-Two takes a character image plus a video of someone performing, and the character copies the face and body movement. Upload an MP4, MOV or WebM of up to 30 seconds and 32 MB. The result is as long as your clip, and the price follows its length.

Credits and billing

How do credits work?

Every video shows its price in credits before you generate. Credits are held while the video renders and charged only if it finishes. If it fails, times out or you cancel it in time, the held credits come back automatically.

Can I cancel a video?

Yes, while it is waiting in the queue. Some models cannot be stopped once rendering starts. In that case the studio tells you, and you are charged only if it finishes.

Where can I see my credit history?

Click your credit balance in the top bar, or open Credits and usage from the account menu, to see every credit added, held, charged and returned.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Plans and billing from the account menu. You can switch plans, update your card or cancel at any time. See pricing for plan details.

Downloads and storage

How do I download a video?

Press Download under the player, or the download button on any project card. Videos download as MP4 files.

How long are videos kept?

Finished videos are kept for 60 days on paid plans and 14 days on Free, then deleted automatically. The library shows when each video expires. Reference images and source videos are deleted 24 hours after the video finishes. Download anything you want to keep.

Can I use my videos commercially?

It depends on the model. Each AI provider has its own terms for commercial use and AI disclosure. Check the terms for the model you used before publishing commercially.

Safety and your account

What content is not allowed?

Sexual content involving minors, sexual or deceptive content of real people, impersonation, violent extremism and anything that infringes others’ rights. The full rules are in the content policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open the account menu and choose Delete account. Your videos, uploads and personal details are removed right away. Billing records are kept for accounting without your name or email.
