Privacy policy

Template text. Have a lawyer review this page, and check it against each video provider's current terms, before you launch.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
• What you make: prompts, uploaded reference images, finished videos and their settings.
• Billing: your plan, credit history and a payment reference from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic logs needed to run and protect the service, such as request times and error messages.

Who we share it with

• The AI provider that runs the model you pick receives your prompt and reference image to generate the video. Each provider has its own privacy policy and retention rules.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Our hosting provider stores the data.

We do not sell your data and do not use your videos to train models.

How long we keep it

• Finished videos: 90 days, then they are deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep.
• Uploaded reference images: deleted 2 days after the video finishes.
• Failed and canceled jobs: removed from your library after 14 days.
• Credit and payment history: kept as long as required for accounting and tax law, even after you delete your account.

Your choices

You can delete any video from your projects, and delete your whole account from the account menu. Deleting your account removes your videos, uploads and personal details right away. Your billing records stay, but are no longer linked to your name or email.
