Terms and content policy

Your account
You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use dayriot. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is made with your account.
Credits
- Videos are paid for with credits. The price of each video is shown before you generate it.
- When a video starts, its price is held from your balance. You are charged only if it finishes. If it fails or you cancel it, the held credits come back automatically.
- If a model returns a shorter video than you asked for, you are charged for the length you received.
- Plan credits are added each time your subscription renews (monthly, also on yearly plans) and unused ones stay for one more month. Pack credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we decide to refund at our discretion.
What you may not make
- Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes minors, in any form.
- Sexual or intimate content of a real person, or any content of a real person made to deceive, harass or defame them.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that is meant to mislead people about real events, elections or public health.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hate against protected groups.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights. Only upload images you have the right to use.
- Anything that breaks the content policy of the AI provider that runs the model you chose.
We check prompts and uploads automatically and may refuse, remove or report content, and suspend accounts, that break these rules.
Who owns your videos
As between you and dayriot, you own the prompts and images you upload and the videos you make, subject to the terms of the provider that generated them. Some providers limit commercial use, require disclosure that a video is AI generated, or keep their own rights. The studio shows which provider runs each model, and you agree to follow that provider's terms.
Third-party models
Videos are generated by outside providers (such as fal, Runway, Google and Replicate). Your prompt and any uploaded image are sent to the provider you choose so it can make the video. Models can be changed, paused or removed at any time.
No guarantees
AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate or unsuitable. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
